View a status history and more. The Project List also provides views of a project's status history, or projects that haven't been updated in a while.  Review your projects only, or another researcher's projects or all the high priority projects in the lab.  A wealth of project information is only a click away. 

Define your Stage-Gate processes, then track progress.  Another powerful tool within Invent is Milestone tracking.  With it, you define your own Stage-Gate process templates for how a project should proceed.  By reviewing when you expected to hit key milestones vs. when you actually achieve them, you know which projects are on track and which are behind schedule.
